Welcome to Solitude Trending Zone (the "App"), provided by Solitude Social Network ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the App (including feeds, followers & friends, private messaging, room messaging, the Dating Zone, the Trending Zone, Reels and Shorts), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These terms govern your access and use of the App, whether on web, mobile or other interfaces. You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract to use the App.

2. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information to provide and improve the App. Typical data we collect:

  • Account information: username, email, display name, profile picture.
  • Content you post: posts, images, short videos, reels, messages (private and room).

Note: Private messages are stored to provide features such as message history and delivery; they are not displayed publicly.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant Solitude Social Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

6. Account Security

Keep your password secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We will take steps to protect accounts but are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials.

7. Payments & Purchases

If the App offers paid features, those transactions are governed by our payments terms and any payment provider terms. Fees are non-refundable except at our discretion. Billing and refunds are processed by the payment provider; we are not responsible for provider policies.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive, or where required for legal reasons. On termination, your right to access content may be revoked. Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

9. Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Solitude Social Network is incorporated. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at the address below.
